In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 28-year-old Kevon D. Fuller was tragically cut short. On July 8, 2021, just after midnight, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3000 block of Meadowbridge Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Fuller on the ground, having sustained apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
