Robert Lee Cox Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2010. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds, slumped over the steering wheel of his car off Mechanicsville Turnpike in Henrico County. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
