Kenneth L. Brown, a 43-year-old Marine veteran, was tragically killed in a double shooting incident in Richmond, Virginia, on June 6, 2018. The incident occurred late at night inside a home on the 900 block of Belt Boulevard. According to reports, officers responded to a call about a person shot at around 11:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Kenneth L. Brown unresponsive and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
