Harold Wendell Moye II, born on December 30, 1954, in Fort Benning, Georgia, passed away on January 12, 2007, at the age of 52. He was the eldest son of Harold and Rose Thompson Moye of Prince George County, Virginia, and had a brother, Myron D. Moye, Esq., of Berkeley, California, and a sister, Angela Moye. Harold attended South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, and later served honorably in the United States Navy.
