Terrell D. Thomas, a 20-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 8, 2017. On that fateful evening, Richmond police were called to the Midlothian Village Apartments, located in the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike, following reports of a shooting.
