On a late Friday evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 33-year-old Arthur Robinson III was tragically cut short. On June 21, 2019, officers responded to the 5000 block of Old Warwick Road around 11:00 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Robinson suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following morning, on June 22, 2019.
