Jammie Lee Walker, aged 39, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. He was one of two men shot to death in the early hours of the morning at the Bloom Apartments on Chamberlayne Avenue. The other victim was identified as Olajuwon Akeem Elleby, aged 34. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. when officers responded to reports of gunfire and found both men in a rear parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
