Harry D. Seigler, aged 67, passed away on September 1, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. His death was the result of a tragic incident that occurred on the front porch of a home in the 1600 block of North 23rd Street. On that fateful day, officers responded to a call and found Seigler unresponsive, having suffered an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
