In the late morning of a Sunday in Richmond, Virginia, the life of Harry D. Seigler came to an abrupt and violent end. On September 1, 2019, police officers were dispatched to a residence on North 23rd Street following a report of a man being shot. Upon their arrival at approximately 11:48 a.m., they discovered Mr. Seigler, a 67-year-old male, unresponsive on the front porch of the structure.
