Titus Williams Jr., a 40-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of August 12, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred shortly after noon in the 2500 block of West Pratt Street in the Southwest district of the city. Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
