Death by Force

Roma Harris, aged 58, passed away on January 13, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. Her death was a result of a homicide that occurred at the 11 North at White Oaks apartment complex on Laburnum Avenue. Harris was found deceased in her apartment, and the incident was one of two separate homicides that took place at the same complex on that day. The other victim, Ralph Haskins, was found in a different unit within the complex, and police have stated that the two deaths are not connected.
