Rah'quan Logan, a 14-year-old boy from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2021, in a quadruple shooting at the OMG Convenience Store. Known affectionately as "Oompa," Rah'quan was remembered by his family and friends as a joyful and playful child who loved to joke around and bring smiles to those around him.
