David H. Jones, a 4-year-old boy from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 14, 1994, in what became known as the Gilpin Court Massacre. This horrific event took place in the Gilpin Court housing project, where Christopher "Pops" Goins, a 20-year-old crack dealer from New York City, carried out a brutal attack on the Jones family.
