In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Richmond, Virginia, Reverend Anthony L. Bagby Jr., a 60-year-old Black male, was found deceased inside a vehicle. The discovery was made on May 16, 2024, in the 3600 block of Midlothian Turnpike.
