In the early morning hours of August 2, 2020, the life of 36-year-old Jerome Montague, a male from Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Dawson Road, Richmond Police officers discovered Montague by the side of a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
