Lakim L. Booker, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed on December 18, 2016, in a double shooting incident in the Bellemeade neighborhood. On that evening, Richmond Police officers responded to reports of a person shot at two separate locations: the 1500 block of Bowen Street and the 2300 block of Oakland Place.
