In the quiet early moments of a Tuesday, just after midnight on July 28, 2020, the life of Andrew L. Gary Sr. was tragically cut short in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. A male, reported to be 33 or 34 years old, he was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 900 block of North 31st Street.
