Do you know who murdered La'Quan? On the night of July 13, 2011, a sense of unease settled over the 400 block of Westover Hills Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia. At approximately 10:30 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the evening calm, prompting calls to the Richmond Police Department. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the body of 20-year-old La'Quan Kalief Harris lying on the sidewalk. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
