La'Quan Kalief Harris, a 20-year-old man from Richmond, Virginia, was shot and killed on July 13, 2011. He was found lying on the sidewalk in the 400 block of Westover Hills Boulevard. The shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m., and by the time police arrived, Harris had already succumbed to his injuries. Despite ongoing efforts by the Richmond Police Department to solve the case, his murder remains unsolved.
