Joseph Lewis III, a 19-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2018. On that fateful night, Richmond Police responded to a call about shots fired on Meadowbridge Road near Craigie Avenue around 11:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Joseph Lewis III lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
