Ralshief Richardson, a 19-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2023, in a shooting incident. The fatal event occurred at approximately 7:28 a.m. in the 00 block of Richmond Highway, at the intersection of Hull Street and Richmond Highway in Richmond's Southside area.
