Malcolm Lynn Norment, a 41-year-old white man, was killed on May 21, 1966, in Richmond, Virginia. His body was discovered alongside another victim, 20-year-old Addison Wilkins, in the 3600 block of East Richmond Road near Oakwood Cemetery. The deaths of Norment and Wilkins were part of a larger killing spree that terrorized the East End of Richmond during the spring of 1966.
The perpetrators of these crimes were identified as William Penn, 25, and his younger brother, Thomas Lee Penn, 18.
