In the spring of 2023, the life of Orlando Donyell Scott Lee, a 42-year-old man from Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Sunday, April 16th, police were called to an apartment in the 5600 block of Petoskey Avenue. Inside, they discovered Mr. Lee, who had sustained apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
