In the early morning hours of Monday, June 13, 2016, the body of Juan Carlos Ramirez-Hernandez, a 35-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered in the 1700 block of Clarkson Road in Richmond, Virginia. Police had responded to a call for a death investigation at approximately 5:33 a.m. and upon arrival, found Ramirez-Hernandez deceased. His death was immediately investigated as a homicide.
