On a fall day in Richmond, Virginia, the life of Muhammed Abu-Bakr, a male, was tragically cut short. On October 17, 2015, in the 300 block of Hunt Avenue, he was the victim of a homicide. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted an investigation by the City of Richmond Police Department.
