Shevan Rochester, a 32-year-old security guard, tragically lost his life in a double shooting incident on November 28, 2021, in Richmond, Virginia. Rochester was working security at Thirst Bistro & Bar on Richmond's Northside when the shooting occurred. The incident took place early Sunday morning, around 4:30 a.m., when police were called to the establishment for a report of gunfire.
