Delantel Plummer, a 41-year-old Black male from Henrico County, Virginia, was tragically killed on the evening of Sunday, July 21, 2024, in Richmond. The incident took place in the 1700 block of North 28th Street, near the intersection with Nine Mile Road. Richmond police were called to the scene at approximately 5:07 p.m., where they discovered Plummer on the ground with what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
