Terrance Devon Pannell, a 26-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on October 15, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:34 a.m., when Roanoke Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Mercer Avenue NW following a report of a man down with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, officers found Pannell inside a residence with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
