On the evening of Sunday, March 8, 2026, the life of 37-year-old Evers Lamar Green was tragically cut short in Roanoke, Virginia. The Roanoke Police Department responded to a call at approximately 9:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of Norfolk Avenue SW, where they discovered Green inside a vehicle with critical injuries from apparent gunshot wounds.
