In the summer of 2015, the life of 35-year-old Diego S. Brown, a male resident of Richmond, Virginia, was cut short in a violent encounter. On Thursday, June 11, 2015, Brown was discovered inside a vehicle on Roanoke Street, near the bustling Midlothian Turnpike. He had been shot, and despite any efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
