In the early hours of a cold Thursday morning, the life of 24-year-old Jonathan O. Starks was tragically cut short. On February 2, 2023, in the quiet neighborhood of Burnt Oak Drive in Chesterfield County, just outside of Richmond, Virginia, police responded to a call of a person shot shortly before 1 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Starks suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
