James Curtis "Lil' Mike" Seay, aged 24, passed away on June 11, 2007, in Richmond, Virginia. His death was a significant loss to his family and community. James was remembered fondly by his family, including his mother Andrea J. Seay, his daughter JaNiya Seay, and his stepfather Will Kilpatrick. He was also cherished by his grandfathers, John W.
