On a spring afternoon in 2021, a visit to his daughter turned tragic for Caron Jermaine Wilkins, a 38-year-old man from Richmond, Virginia. On April 20th, in the 200 block of Knights Manor Court in Henrico County, Wilkins was shot in what is believed to have been an altercation in the parking lot of the Colonial Apartments.
