In the late evening of a summer day in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 18-year-old Terrance Willis, Jr. was tragically cut short. On Monday, July 24, 2023, Richmond Police officers were called to the 1300 block of Saint James Street around 10:41 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered the young male unresponsive, having sustained a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, Terrance Willis, Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene.
