In the early hours of March 18, 2020, the life of 34-year-old Javon A. Tuck, a Black / African American male from Henrico, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Police were called to the 1900 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike in Richmond just after 1:00 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Tuck inside his vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
