Rolando Maldonado-Ortega, aged 40, was tragically killed on September 25, 2020, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred on Clarkson Road, where officers from the Richmond Police Department responded to a call for trouble around noon. Upon arrival, they found Maldonado-Ortega suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries later that day.
