On January 10, 2017, at approximately 7:22 p.m., Richmond Police responded to a report of a shooting at the Woodland Crossing apartment complex, located in the 3400 block of Walmsley Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Tyrone Lamont Feggins Jr., a resident of Henrico County, lying in an outdoor stairwell with an apparent gunshot wound.
