In the afternoon of January 27, 2023, a burst of gunfire in the 1300 block of St. Paul Street in Richmond, Virginia, left two men fatally wounded. One of these men was 30-year-old Tyresse Cleo Robinson, a male resident of Richmond. The incident unfolded around 3:10 p.m., prompting a swift response from Richmond Police officers who were in the vicinity and heard the gunshots.
