In the spring of 2013, the life of Larry Antonio 'Debo' Austin, a 28-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. On the night of Sunday, May 19, 2013, Austin was fatally shot, becoming a victim of the gun violence that troubled the city. His death was one of several violent incidents that occurred in Richmond around that time and was promptly ruled a homicide by the authorities.
