Dejon Jermaine Wagstaff, a 20-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2016. On that day, police responded to reports of shots fired in the 2700 block of Byron Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Wagstaff deceased in the driver's seat of a vehicle that had crashed. He had been shot to death.
