On October 29, 2010, in Richmond, Virginia, infant James Louis tragically died, becoming one of the unsolved murder cases in the city. Richmond, which has seen numerous cold cases over the years, continues to have a dedicated Cold Case Unit that works to solve such crimes. Despite extensive investigations into this case, no suspects have been identified, and the murder remains unsolved.
