In the early morning hours of November 6, 2016, a life was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. William D. Norwood, a 30-year-old African-American male known affectionately as 'Noony,' was found with a fatal gunshot wound on Hull Street in the city's Southside. The incident occurred around 1:14 a.m., shortly after Norwood had been at a dance club. He had just celebrated his birthday a week prior.
