In the early morning hours of May 16, 2015, the body of 36-year-old Juan V. Dehaney was discovered by officers responding to a call about a person down in the 1800 block of Southlawn Avenue. His body was found lying in the grass between two apartment buildings in the Hillside Court area of Richmond, Virginia. It was determined that he had been shot. At the time of his death, Dehaney had no permanent address.
