In the spring of 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening quiet in Richmond, Virginia's Mosby Court neighborhood, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Robert Joseph, a 25-year-old male, was fatally wounded on April 17th in a shooting that occurred on the 1300 block of Coalter Street. The Richmond Police Department responded to the scene to find Joseph suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries.
