In the winter of 2016, family and friends of Romoan Jamaine Mitchell grew concerned when the 40-year-old Black / African American male went missing. He was last seen on December 15, 2016, in the Lakefield Mews Drive area of Henrico, Virginia. The search for Mitchell would tragically end at the start of the new year. On January 1, 2017, he was found deceased in Richmond, Virginia.
