Carlos Gil-Rios, a 52-year-old man, was last seen on July 12, 2021, in Ogden, Utah. He had left that morning to board a train to California, intending to meet family in Oakland, but he never arrived. Concerned family members reported him missing three days later, on July 15. His phone has been turned off, and there has been no contact with him since that time.
