Richard Roy Billmayer, aged 47, was last seen in Ogden, Utah, on January 1, 1997. His disappearance is classified as suspicious, and he was not officially reported missing until March 2008, when his family informed law enforcement that they had not heard from him in over a decade. At the time of his disappearance, Billmayer stood 5'11" tall, weighed approximately 165 pounds, and had several tattoos on both arms.
