On a winter day in Ogden, Utah, 15-year-old Damian Garcia-Herrera was last seen on December 19, 2017. He was observed at the Ogden UTA parking lot, and after that, his whereabouts became unknown. At the time of his disappearance, Damian was described as a Hispanic male, standing at 5'11" and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes.
