Damian Garcia-Herrera, a 15-year-old boy from Ogden, Utah, was last seen on December 19, 2017. He was reported missing as a runaway after being spotted at the Ogden UTA parking lot. Damian, who is Hispanic, stood about 5'11" tall and weighed approximately 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
