On a Monday evening in April of 2019, the quiet of a Richmond, Virginia neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Inside a house in the 600 block of Bancroft Avenue, 60-year-old Alexander N. Wynn, a male resident of the street, was fatally wounded. Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 9:27 p.m. on April 22nd and discovered Wynn unresponsive inside the residence.
