Randy Smith, Jr., aged 38, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2014, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Richmond's Southside, specifically in the 3200 block of Decatur Street. Police responded to reports of gunfire and found two men on the ground. Randy Smith, Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victim, 21-year-old Jayquan L.
