On a tragic Monday evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Kevin James Irvin Jr. was cut short. On December 9, 2024, the young man was fatally shot while driving on Interstate 95. The incident, which unfolded around the 72-mile marker, left his vehicle riddled with bullets, particularly on the driver's side. Struck by multiple gunshots, Irvin was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
