Death by Force

On December 9, 2024, at approximately 8:45 p.m., 21-year-old Kevin James Irvin Jr. was fatally shot while driving his 2021 Ford Escape on southbound Interstate 95 near the Maury Street exit in Richmond, Virginia. The vehicle, which had multiple bullet holes in the driver's side door, crashed into the guardrail following the shooting.
