In the autumn of 2013, the life of a young Richmond man was tragically cut short. Toren Maryel Waller, a 23-year-old male, was discovered deceased from multiple gunshot wounds shortly before midnight on the evening of October 5, 2013. The fatal incident occurred in the St. John's Woods community, located on Harrow Road in the Southside of the city.
